You must be talking about version 1809.

For that follow the steps:

Format the drive and set the primary partition as active

Connect the USB flash drive to your  PC.

Open Disk Management: Right-click on Start and choose Disk Management.

Format the partition:

Right-click the USB drive partition and choose Format.

Select the FAT32 file system to be able to boot either BIOS-based or UEFI-based PCs.

Set the partition as active:

Right-click the USB drive partition and click Mark Partition as Active.

 Note

If Mark Partition as Active isn't available, you can instead use diskpartto select the partition and mark it active.

Copy Windows Setup to the USB flash drive

Use File Explorer to copy and paste the entire contents of the Windows product DVD or ISO to the USB flash drive.

Install Windows to the new PC

Connect the USB flash drive to a new PC.

Turn on the PC and press the key that opens the boot-device selection menu for the computer, such as the Esc/F10/F12 keys.

Select the option that boots the PC from the USB flash drive.

Windows Setup starts.

Follow the instructions to install Windows.

Remove the USB flash drive.

u can also create a small partition (10 GB) on your SSD/HDD and copy paste the content of the Windows 10 ISO... u'll be able to boot from that too.

i mentioned it as a handy option...

i for one had a few flash drives and they kept disappearing (my nephews know nothing about it as usual...) and i tried the "no toy" scenario... worked for me :P

my keyboards and mouses have a short life span too (my main question: who "drinked" the juice/milk at my PC?)... not  to mention my net surf suggestions (youtube, search, news) as i let my PC running due to cloud / some job sync.

i prefer another way plz.

would u care to elaborate?... is it the knowledge u gathered that impedes u to use THE tool?

i mean... a more straight line to what u need (genuine Windows 10 media/ISO) there is not...
