Then, search a file called cmd . exe. Click on it. If it still does not run, right click on it and click Run as Administrator and see if it works there. With Regards to the settings and applications installed, it will maintain a status quo. after the stuff we tried last day, i noticed now while restarting the pc, something is executing 3 cmd windows and they close quickly when windows start, I can't read any text in the windows so I definitely believe there is an infection but one bastard which is not getting recognized by any of the anti-malware or anti-virus software, trying stinger now, lets c if it finds something otherwise my only option is to perform the upgrade as u suggested Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
