anuraag
EZ CD Audio Converter, formerly Easy CD-DA Extractor, rips audio CDs with exact and reliable error detection and two-pass verification of audio, allows editing of metadata supporting multiple services for retrieving high-quality metadata, and burns discs. It has a very fast multi-core audio converter that allows parallel audio conversion with up to 8 parallel converters. All combined in a user friendly interface. Thanks to Astron for the update.Download

TheEmpathicEar
How does DBPowerAmp compare with this?
ManoBrasil
What I like about Ez CD Audio is the database for searching for song information and naming the tracks. Included WMP is very good.
alexxf
And EZ CD Audio converter burning engine is much better. DBPowerAmp has an obsolete burning plugin that does not work on x64 systems.

I guess it's pure luck that I have not run afoul of this burning plugin on a 64-bit machine.

And with a little bit of research, you will find that audiophiles agree.

Easy
Version 8.0.7.1 has one bug (maybe more). When converting FLAC 96 kHz 24 bit to MP3 320 kbps in highest quality, some MP3 files (not all) are corrupted (silence with random clicks) and some are not converted at all (conversion stuck at 0.0 %). This problem is with about 3-5 % of files. Source files are tested and analyzed in many ways and are correct 😉 Same files converted with 8.0.5.1 version are correctly converted. Re-downloaded, re-installed, same result. For me, best working version is EZCDPortable 8.0.2(x64) + 7.1.8(x86) PortableApps.com format (.paf) UPDATED CODECS to 8.0.5.1 from this post:

EZ CD Audio Converter has a better burning engine in that it supports cuesheets and you can burn an audio CD directly using a cuesheet without the need for separate tracks. Additionally it can also convert a ripped album into separate tracks by using the associated cuesheet directly. I'm not aware dBpoweramp supports cuesheets. Not sure about the latest version though.
