Sorry to say that but I think you are on a wrong way. Helium Backup can store the backup on SD card ore in cloud and there should be no need for a ADB driver. If you connect the smartphone via USB to the PC you only have to select "data transfer" mode and after that you can copy the backup file from the phone to the PC with the normal file explorer from PC. A other way would be to let Helium Backup upload the file to cloud and download it from there to PC. debebee Posted November 21, 2018 Share Posted November 21, 2018 For that to work 1. you need specific usb drivers when you connect your phone to your pc via USB... 2. your phone model must be rooted ... 3. you should be on develooper mode with USB debugging enabled... 4. phones usually have specific USB drivers ... no universal driver for all phones elsewise, it will not work all that backup software might not even work for your specific phone in the first place Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
