I think a Hardware ID would be needed to properly point you to a correct driver. The information you're giving is rather generic.

Android adb interface for root/usbdeviceclass/0000
Android bootloader interface for root/usbdeviceclass/0001

What it is at all, for which you search these drivers? Is it computer or is it phone or if then what and what op system etc.
Can not search, if you do not know, what you want. The first thing, You must know, what You want to find.

These drivers help the software of Helium Backup to backup app and appdata on a pc.

Obviously it is for the PC.

Sorry to say that but I think you are on a wrong way. Helium Backup can store the backup on SD card ore in cloud and there should be no need for a ADB driver. If you connect the smartphone via USB to the PC you only have to select "data transfer" mode and after that you can copy the backup file from the phone to the PC with the normal file explorer from PC. A other way would be to let  Helium Backup upload the file to cloud and download it from there to PC.  If there is any handy / smartphone problem the best place to ask is https://forum.xda-developers.com/

For that to work

1. you need specific usb drivers when you connect your phone to your pc via USB...

2. your phone model must be rooted ...

3. you should be on develooper mode with USB debugging enabled...

4. phones usually have specific USB drivers ... no universal driver for all phones

elsewise, it will not work

all that backup software might not even work for your specific phone in the first place
