CCleaner (Crap Cleaner) is a freeware system optimization, privacy and cleaning tool. It removes unused files from your system allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. Additionally it contains a fully featured registry cleaner. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less than a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware!

I dont have that issue, using it in central america, try to use original tech version and then make feedback

I'm interested in knowing how Avast is operating.

Auto Update can be removed manually.

What is involved in blocking or removing the Telemetry?

lol , if you copy the top link to a text editor ,you will find there is "hidden" space between characters when you move cursor,hence link not working :)

This problem is very simple and can only occur for those people who use some another encoding system on their computers. The default is utf-8 encoding system. (read more https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UTF-8 and https://www.w3schools.com/charsets/ref_html_utf8.asp)
This forum uses an even more recent utf-8 version ie utf8mb4.
All web browsers use utf-8 by default, but if you have changed it in browser settings, you will have a different code. For example, if your computer has, for example, Cyrillic (several different subversions), Vietnamese, Chinese, Creeck, etc, and you save notepad text using ANSI encording, it will be saved using the default encoding of your computer.
I cannot understand why here in a sharecode generator is used encording ISO-8859-1, which is obviously the wrong choice. (it is very wrong). 
Then it should now be clear that errors occur when different encodings are used and the texts are copied. 
These errors do not occur when using different encodings all are manually written or encoded correctly before copying. It means, the coding must be utf-8 and nothing else.
Of course, it would be wise to use the same encoding everywhere and there are no problems never, but as you can see, some of us do not understand it.

its y i started to use https://anonfile.com/

its interesting that some people not have problems with links i post but then some do and i am one sometimes  when its my own link i had this with the last ccleaner topic

but as u can see from the topic i edited it day later  when i not get 404

as from i understand my pc is fine and no real problems but sometimes  people have problems with links and thing  i understand what u mean but  u is saying is me the problem ? or something i do or something i not do

Yes, it's true, some people have always problems, some don't have never.
I must say, I don't have never any problems with Your links and with others links.
Even, if somebody says, that the links won't work. Usually I try and don't remember any, what didn't work.

And the same is with current link, it worked, when I tried it. Don't know why, but it worked and works also now.
