dabourzannan
@bergy1964 If I understand you right you need two Windows in one computer or what exactly you are after?
Jordan
Windows is essentially a "multiple PIP platform" Every window opened over the desktop can be considered similar to TVs PIP effect if you are talking about videos, just set its window to be shown always on top, hide controls and toolbars to get similar effect as PIP (some videoplayers have options to make borderless window as VLC, KMPlayer, MPC-HC,....) Windows 10 Movies & Tv app have a "mini mode" giving similar effect too. if you're talking about Windows into another Windows as @dabourzannan mentioned above, use a virtual machine (VMWare, VirtualBox), but it's slightly a different concept.
