I know, I didn't specifically target this article :ermm:

It's aimed at people who download a Mirillis Action 'Crack' or 'Patch' and figure out there's no Crack :tehe:

The Script is an actual medicine but it's not a Crack or Patch (which are also medicines).

The medicine designation is important, Crack or Patch means that you have fixed Action binaries.

People will therefore expect to see a .exe / .dll file in the Crack folder but get disappointed to see it's a .bat file.

The better designation would either be Loader or Script, although too many people still make designation mistakes.

Oftentimes you find blog posts that deliberately designate the Script as a Crack or Patch to get more SEO on their site.

Another great example is the mis-designation of the Kon-Boot 2.7 installer, which has never been fixed because it's an online download that requires a valid key. People relentlessly post the Kon-Boot 2.7 installer and claim it to be Kon-Boot 2.7 which is wrong. This is the 2.5 or 2.6 version unless a valid key is entered.
