It's not an absurd idea. But I got my answer: "How does HTTPS filtering work? If it were easy, HTTPS wouldn’t be that secure. SSL is unbreakable in normal conditions. But if you had read the adguard website (obviously you didn't) you can see that adguard puts itself in front of the browser and issues its own certificate.
