Just make an iso of the Win7 install CD. Mount it via Daemon Tool. Go to the virtual CD drive and run the setup. Win7 will copy all the necessary files into your hard drive and reboot to finish installing. I have done it on a real pc. Just make sure that you have enough hard drive space.
