Hitman6267
Hi, hope this is in the right section lol. I was wondering about bitrates, from what i know, bitrates are the speed of the bits played and the more speed = better quality... I usualy make all my mp3s 128 KB because its suppose to be cd quality. My first question is why do people have 128 Kb+ bitrates ? Is the sound better ? or is it just for hard rock songs? My second question , if i wanted to make an audio cd should i make the mp3s 128kb+ bitrate ? Does that effect the quality of the songs on the cd or does my cd burner convert the mp3s to the quality needed ?. Thank you
