Yes, I am the "real" TechLord from 1993 (and much earlier, I do not remember exactly ). Had been a lurker here for many months so far but have now decided to finally contribute as well . Frankly, was a little scared seeing the long rulebooks here with the required formatting of links before they could be posted here, and thus had been putting off the "sharing"and contributing part for a day when I would finally be able to go through all the rules in detail.
