Its always works fine here in firefox and waterfox , Windows  and Linux are you running some type of script blocker that's blocking it?

Might be a bad addon of your browsers, try and test without them. And yes, also try without any extra blockers.

I am having windows 10 with norton security & windows defender firewall & windows security running on background.

I am having problem in all browsers. edge & firefox have NO extensions.

Maybe norton or defender causing problem

Yep, try totally without them. And two AV together are never a good idea anyway.

It's just because of HTTPS. The HTTPS version of forums is broken and should not be used except for login page. Whitelist the HTTPS version from your AV there.
