Installed update (upgrade) in my Windows 10 En-Us than installed Italian Language Pack but only Display Language feature was installed. Text to Speech and Speech Recognition features are missing so Cortana and Dictation doesn't work properly.

Any idea or suggestion?

PS: if i switch to english language everything works well

The voices for text to speech are separate from display languages, they aren't installed automatically.

You need (for Windows 10) to download them from the settings app :

Quote

Add a TTS voice to your PC

To use one of these voices, add it to your PC:

  1. Select the Start  button, then select Settings , choose Time & language, and then select Region & language .
  2. Select Add a language and search for the language you want to add. Choose the language you want to add from the list of search results. When you choose a language, you’ll be taken back to the Region & language settings page.
  3. Select the language you just added, and select Options.
  4. Under Download language pack, select Download. Then, under Speech, select Download.

Source (you have the table of supported voices and Italian is in the list).

This is exactly what i did but, as you can see from the picture, only the display feature was installed. Thanks anyway

I don't know how to fix that issue with Windows 10 itself, however if you just need a Text To Speech voice you can try this :

They have an Italian voice called Vittoria and it's included in the Keygen. That's not the solution but it bypasses the problem.

All the DL links are below in another comment, look for 'Vittoria'.
