Its program control is more flexible than ever, with different levels of trust and the ability to kill the worst programs instantly. The combination of kernel-level firewall techniques and signature-based spyware recognition already offers unusually powerful spyware blocking and decent removal. Overall, the next version of ZoneAlarm looks to be a superb security suite.

Comodo Firewall is more user friendly but I still don't think it compares to Zonealarm Firewall, it's other products such as CIS are totally pathetic in cleaning malware.

Comoodo all the way. :)

Used ZoneAlarm for more than 2 years. It sucks. Is a resource hog. Comodo isn't. :D

That pretty much was my impression as well but I wanted to hear what others thought and if anything had changed besides ZA FINALLY supporting x64 systems (I admit, I don't know exactly when that started but it couldn't have been too long ago). I used to use ZA and then when I moved to an X64 platform, I had to switch to Comodo and leave ZA behind. At first I missed it, but after I learned how to use Comodo and configure it properly for the features I need, it seemed to me that Comodo was actually better and much lighter on resources. Good to know I'm not the only one who feels that way. And, I'm just speaking of the firewall functions, which are all that matter to me.
