Best regards. Check with your service provider. Some service providers automatically backup your contacts and messages on the cloud if you use their messaging apps. If the above does not apply to you, as long as the data is not overwritten on your phone, it's recoverable. I would recommend to image a copy of your phone data and then use any data recovery software of your choice to recover it. The reason for making an image copy of your data is because it's recommended to do data recovery on a clone copy instead of the original copy as you don't want to "contaminate" the original copy during data recovery because many things can go wrong during the recovery.
