the only way to stop false positive alarm in Kaspersky is that way

I don't remember which AV soft it was but there was a option inside quarantine to upload a file for investigation (and white list if false positive).   I started a discussion about that missing option with some Kaspersky people and the reaction was that thy told me there is no known option like this in other AV's (but I an sure I used a AV for a wile with that option)

which position is wrong = Kaspersky ore me?

Most Top/Popular AV and some average AV have send option.

In Bitdefender, u can use this link.

In Avira, we have Quarantine send option and report to view. You can also use this link.

In ESET, read this for different ways to submit.

In Dr. Web, use this link.

In Avast!, use this link.

In F-Secure, use this link. Read here for more info.

Optionally, You can also send to all AV vendors at once. However, not sure if all mail address are current. Read here for more info.

Why not analyze by own? Or use hybrid-analysis or any tools listed here?

that's not the problem (most time I know that a alarm is false positive = for example some fixes from RadiXX11 where I am 200% sure that there clean). In KAV you only can select block (and ask) automatic cleaning and if needed deleting. There is no option to send the blocked tool from inside the KAV = you have to define as an exception and than you have to stop KAV for some minutes to upload via that nonsense form. It's not the problem to find out what is false positive etc. it is a problem of usability of that security? software.

@starsfighter

you are right, I used Emsisoft for around 1 year and that was the option I remember = for me the best way to minimize the false positive alarms (if the company can analyze the soft and white list if possible)

If I think about I only need a protection for bullshit that comes inside of websites via browser. 99,5% of downloaded stuff is safe and the rest can be analyzed via some links like yours.

The problem  with kav sometimes is RadiXX11 work is new and sometimes kav blocks as is not known  so it gets blocked to make sure users no have problems  sure sometimes is pain but best be safe  then sorry  RadiXX11 work is all clean no virus on his work  no av is 100%

:lol: you can use PiHole with a Raspberry Pi 3 Modell B if you want to use it in combination with a Win 7 x64 notebook

@knowledge

You don't have to explain why there can be false positive alarms, that is not the problem, the usability of this security tools is the problem

If

Kaspersky is the problem  remove easy fix

If I find a pure browser protection I will do that for sure

with Emsisoft some unknown  files detected and quarantine by their powerful behavior blocker  and after little time by update they tell you the file in quarantine is clean and can be restored  safely , they have Antimalware Network .

Why not try Zemana? We have repeated promo that lasts more than a year. Since nsaners praising Zemana, it is worth trying.... until u get the disc for Emsisoft.

@vissha

Emsisoft is running :D and as I said the only protection I need is a web / browser protection for hidden nonsense that can attack you computer on that way
