Katzenfreund Posted February 10, 2018 Share Posted February 10, 2018 It is very easy to use the Photos app on board Windows 10 to remove unwanted parts at the start and/or end of a video, without changing its format. 1 Open the video with Photos2 Click on the “Trim” icon at the top right3 Drag the two white circles on the timeline to mark the start and end of the section you want to keep. As you move them, the section’s duration is displayed. The blue circle shows the current position. Drag it around to ensure that the parts you want are included4 Click on the “Save a copy” icon at the top right and select the location. The clip will be saved as a copy, leaving the original video intact.Note that you cannot remove a part in the middle of the video, only at the two ends.
