I have CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) the original type, not the one that came out caused by other disease or event.

My doctor told me about this as a possible medicine as it does relieves pain and as I'm starting to develop resistance to my strongest pain reliever again.

I argue that I won't take it due to the fact that it clouds the mind.

I can't do my research and continue my studies if that happens.

Yeah, I did tried it a couple of times before my doctor's recommendation and the effect is only good for few hours or less.

Decade past, I knew I was right, I live way past deadline.

Research for the cure that removes the "high euphoria" effect is very important too if you want this as a cure.

The term "it's very painful to live life"  is very akin to how I live life almost everyday.

I still take pain relievers but only those out-of-counter common meds, too much of it will just kill you.

The pain is there and sometimes unbearable but  "Just be a man and take the excess pain."

You're medicating with the wrong strain. What you need is a strain high in cannabinoids & low THC levels. You jumped the gun with your response, 'Charlotte's Web' mentioned in the first post is the strain that suits people whom fear 'cloudy mind' symptoms.

P.S. I'm not tech wiz, however I do know weed.

Thanks for the insight, I know there are new strains.

I never had tried them all, only a few.

Even with those new strain, the fact it still contains those chemicals that is responsible for those "high euphoria effect" still cause mood swings and could alter decision making.

Used to be a volunteer firefighter were simple wrong decision could end up someone being dead, imagine that when your senses were just slightly affected.

I won't stop people taking it. It is their freedom to seek medication when existing ones are just almost seems like a placebo.

But taking it while still containing a small amount of "those" chemicals will soon build up in your body and addiction kicks in.

You know what addiction is if you know what your "weeds" are, and I don't want any of those in my system.

Pure pain reliever that is not addicting is fine, but with something that may become "habitual" as in some registered legal pharmaceutical medicines then it is not an option.

I live way past my deadlines, that is because I never took something addictive and will soon build up in my system that will soon cause my organs to fail.

It is like having a doctor giving you an option, a med, so that you can extend your life for a year or more but your organs will soon fail in about 6 months due to overdose as these drugs were not design to be taken more than six months. Only when I pointed that out my doctor realized it as a stupid "false hope". hehehe!

If ever I'm going to take it then I may as well be growing it for my own consumption, as I won't allow them to profit from these.

Remember they become the new drug dealers in town but with a license to sell, then why can't we grow our own which is much cheaper.

Weed addiction is crap people such as Dr. Drew & other so-called med experts made up. Next thing I'll hear is pot causes overdoses.

While it may be psychologically addictive as can be chocolate;

There is no evidence of physical addiction, however...

Personally, I rather enjoy the 'high euphoria effect', but for some people the 'Charlotte's Web' is preferred. Never a need to check it out.
