Last month I didn't use any Windscribe bit. No DNS leak, but free desktop version is only for light use: few servers, speed fluctuates and connection is intermittent maybe because of overcrowding. I'm looking for a new VPN, but free Windscribe is bad promo for me. Of course, he sends funny emails and it's cheap to test how free one behaves before making lifetime decisions. My personal VPN downloads 2.2 times quicker than Windscribe free. 10.1 Mbps without VPN, 9.6 Mbps with personal VPN and 4.3 Mbps with Windscribe - same location.
