Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Image:C:\offline /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows

But im not using Insider version

Not find any problem

If I reinstall the OS again might waste time because Fall Creators Update will release 17 October:s

It does not matter insider or not (same here and with many friends)

It is the only official statement about it, therefore i copied it.

Wow there is always something wrong with windows 10. They never seem to disappoint!! I'd go with a downgrade to win7 or 8.1 since win10 is like a box of Chocolates!  My PC has win 10 also  as a free upgrade from 8.1 but I've tried 7 and drivers are available for that too so wonder which is better to downgrade to 7 or 8.1??

If you are going to downgrade Win7 is the best choice no questions asked!

Win8 is as much disappointment   as vista were back then if not worse .

if you have this message : something went wrong - 0x801901f4 - user profile cannot be loaded

solution is delete your profile and create new:

1)- rightclick Computer
- click Properties
- Click Change settings or click Advanced system settings

I don't really agree with you about win 8. IMO other than the obnoxious start menu, overall it's still a decent OS.

Had MS stayed with old start menu style, i think its reputation wouldn't be as bad as it is now.

I'm not saying that 8.1 is better than 7. No way, not even close! I just feel that 8.1 doesn't really deserve all the hate it got. :P

Im confused you mentioned you did the dism commands and that worked then you go and try to delete your user profile?  I just looked at the image he posted it does mention user profile cannot be loaded.  You should have to delete your user profile to fix that that that's counter-productive if he has alot of files on his user profile.

Strange . . . . . . . can't recollect any of my clients (or, for that matter — anyone) ever mentioning that the Start Menu on my Windows 8.1 is obnoxious:—

Have You verified your account and Microsoft is sure that this is your computer?
Accounts => Sync your settings, if you have not verified your account, there is one red text and the verify button is visible..If is verified, the text not visible no more.
If the Windows cache is not cleaned, clean it and everything will work.
You may use CCleaner (there is Windows Store), if not helps open Settings => Apps => Apps and features select Windows Store app and click on it, select Advanced options and then in new Window select Reset and weight some seconds. Then select next app.
If this also not helps, can use some another methods. (here is no reference to them yet).

NB! Restart is needed, if cleaned.
