1. Download and install the promoted version 2.3 of oMega Commander 
2. Run oMega Commander
3. Go to menu: Home Button (in the upper left corner of the oMega Commander window) / Register oMega
   or: Home Button / About oMega / License type: ... / Refresh button
   (for first software registration or for changing existing registration details)
4. Enter NAME and LICENSE KEY into the registration dialog
