That is the only way I know of to get a clean install of Windows 10 without anything else other than what Windows 10 puts on your computer. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 That is the way I would do it anyway. Download the ISO or let it create a USB bootable drive and install Windows 10 . Yes it will be registered if your computer now is a legal copy of Windows.
