It all depends on the available outputs your PC has as well as the inputs on your TV. HDMI is the best and simplest way to do it.

I would invite you to go to this website which covers just about everything. The above video only talks about HDMI connections.

Do you also have a monitor plugged in? If so then you might have to tell your PC  what display it has to use. Probably through your video card settings. On WIN7 you can also right-click the desktop and choose "screen resolution" in the tab. You should have some option on how to use your displays.

He didn't told US about multimonitor. Right now on the table there is a TV, and a videocard. ?

Just trying to cover all the bases. This installation should have been pretty straight forward. Troubleshooting is easier when you're in front of the problem :)

MS tried that but to no avail. Maybe a driver issue? How to check this plz?

You don't kill him if you DDU him, and reinstall drivers again.

Just to be sure, the cable from TV to the graphic card are attached good way? Disconnect all and reconnect.

it is not connected to video card. it is connected to mobo. When connected to video card, source of hdmi2 is not listed as an option, only when connected to mobo.

Is not that you connect to the port HDMI on motherboard? Connect to the HDMI on VGA only AMD try source.

Use only HDMI port on VGA. Remove from motherboard HDMI port.

The card you reported has a HDMI port soldered on it. Connect HDMI cable from that videocard port to TV HDMI port.

Go into BIOS and check what graphics your PC is using. You should have a signal coming from your video card to your TV. Maybe you have to disable on board graphics?

bruinator, TV has 3 HDMI ports plug cable to one, plug to the videocard HDMI please.

ok i did, now what plz? Now there is no HDMI2 listed as source option on tv. I assume it has to be plugged into mobo coz it sees it on that port.
