appreciate the update download, jalaffa. however, dont know if anyone else has had this problem but after burning the bootable disk using ultraiso as i always do, i found that when booting from the burned disk my cordless mouse wouldn't work. not had any issue with any previous versions, although i must admit that i didn't try 9202. it appears that support for some hardware has been broken. as i dont have a corded mouse, i dont know if they work. anyone able to confirm?

just an update to my previous post. i had created a boot disk after downloading from one of the links listed under the post by ARMOUR. this one failed to  give me the use of my mouse after burning the ISO to disk and trying to use ATI.

i then installed the program after downloading from the post by jalaffa, used the activator, got the 'activation successful' message and then produced a boot disk trough the program. everything worked as it should but takes much, much longer to load the disk etc. once into the backup/recovery options, all good. my mouse worked as it always has.

now downloading the 2x parts from virge post and will try that and post back

Used the activator and worked. However, I did have a small problem. The activator was blocked initially from modifying the program. I had to try several times before it was successful.

Can you exclude folders with Acronis when doing OS backup? I use Macrium and I can't do it, this is very important reason for me to go to Acronis...

" now downloading the 2x parts from virge post and will try that and post back "................so I did, NO MOUSE after start of the boot-CD !!   :(

I guess you have to install the program and make your own boot-cd with it , looks like an ISO-download will not work......??

i did say in my first post that i use a cordless mouse. i dont have a corded mouse to try, so cant comment on those. not had this problem with other ATI disks up to and including N.G. 21.0.0 6209. maybe drivers are not included?

I noticed the same with my USB wireless mouse when using BootCD created with Rescue Media Builder, however my USB corded mouse will work.  Wireless mouse does work in Disk Director.

May be fixed in the next release since someone reported this to Support.
