Ok, another Windows 10 annoying "feature", how to stop svchost.exe (netsvcs) from eating my internet (Windows 10) ?

From my Googling, some users disabled Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS), but I really don't think that's a good idea, because BITS is used by many other Windows processes.

If your Windows is well maintained and all the settings are correct, then most of these services (they are many) are normally stopped automatically. Usually, the use of the Internet is 0. (This is a local service that controls the Windows core services running). So this service does not use internet, but for example it controlls update servise and if it is in use, then begin internet use but Task Manager shows like svchost.exe -k netsvcs uses the internet. That's it and You cannot disable this service any way. Then Your computer simply will not work at all.
If it is otherwise, then restore Windows original settings and everything is OK.
