Deleting this key before reinstall, solve the problem. The simplest solution is use trial reset and you'll never run into problems

Simplified the procedure for generating random fake-keys and code associated with it. Also the keys are now of the "right" format, as in other IDM's keygens (still fake, but in the format of IDM ). You lost me there it has fudge all to do with the installer i never uninstall it since i stop using a fake serial lol . It has do with you have to use trial installer instead of retail though because retail don't have a trial ,, Always trial have too do with cleaning out whatever protection it uses in the registry to expire the trial . So you could say it has poor protection witch it does only reason it easy for him to blacklist you is because it requires internet and he gets you trough his server if you can keep the server blocked he can't blacklist you but it's hard to do with him changing stuff around. Trials don't have blacklist the worse thing they can do is expire on you.

If you try to reinstall, the Chrome extension is not installed because of that.

I don't use Chrome with IDM ,IDM works with Firefox and IE 11 too ..I been resetting the trial for 2 years just using auto update .Firefox is headed down the same path though were you may have uninstall it too make it work. But i use ESR so i never have any problems. That still don't have nothing with the installer It got too with browsers on Windows are a jail . On Linux you can make Chrome wrapper and with a Chrome extension download mangers work flawlessly

But Palmoon and Firefox ESR works good with the older XPI 2 .
