Better use some" on demand" scanners ,next with your anti-virus/internet-security, for extra protection ! You're talking in general. I have a paid version of Malwarebytes (latest version) & I don't have any issues about it even on uninstalling/reinstalling. In regards to using a crack or repack version, what do you expect? You should know well about these & investigate before installing a repack version. I tried the crack version using Sledge toolbox 3.x with the untouch Malwarebytes 3.x installer & works fine for me even with uninstall/reinstall (though 'connect server' issue also exist). The 'connect server' issue doesn't bother me at all because I still have Premium features & Malwarebytes 3.1.x still update. So stop crying like a baby. Lmfao. cupster
Malwarebytes was working great on my win 10 x 64 machine using the method presented by knowledge, but I just noticed yesterday it resorted to the free version. And since I don't see any discussion on this, it makes me think maybe the issue is on my end. It is still version 3.06, but until yesterday it was fine, updating, scanning, the whole works. Now it looks like the best approach is just to delete malwarebytes, but it looks like other folks here have had major issues deleting Malwarebytes, leading to a complete windows reinstall, not something most people would be looking forward to. Can Revo be trusted to remove Malwarebytes, or should one of the Malwarebytes uninstall tools be used? Or is it maybe better to wait and see if Malwarebytes sorts out its issues and a new fix comes along? Thanks for any advice or insights anybody can offer. Pete 12
First backup very well , before doing anything ! ( looks like they by-passed your firewall/hostfile ?) Then remove on the normal way , then use the malwarebyte-uninstaller ,reboot and search for left-overs ............ Good-luck
