CarterTaz
Thanks for the update, but Nvidia has lost their minds. Windows 10 (x64) Driver is now 416.55MB
jvidal
remember that notebook and desktop drivers are unified now. You only need the desktop drivers and you're good to goo.
CarterTaz
Thanks for the reply jvidal: Yea, I already knew about notebook merge, but NVIDIA needs to come up with a new game plan. Updating the driver every time a new game come out is stupid. !. The file size is gotten ridiculous, most people will only play only a few of these new games, and some people don't play games at all. 2. They need to have a complete version (All games) and a standard version with the drivers only 3. If they did make a standard version, they should allow you to update it with new games you add, and ONLY games you have installed. (Scan for games, update profile)
jvidal
With all due respect, that is absurd. Why on earth would they want to make drivers for some users and different drivers for other users?? They just make drivers for the cards, period.
CarterTaz
I think you missed my point, a little, both versions would have the basic drivers. Most updates now are just new game profiles/settings, and most people don't need to update. Like I said above they need to make a driver that can be updated, so only people who buy the latest games (this update 40,000: Dawn of War III, Heroes of the Storm 2.0, Batman: Arkham VR, Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-ality, and Wilson's Heart ) will update. I guess to be more clear, 1 would be a complete (offline) version with all the game setting/profiles in it, and another standard one that is the driver only, that you can update with the games you own.
