mymiabear
Hi guys I know this is niche feature but boy it is probably the most useful one for most of us advance features. I use Listary for quick net searching. However, nsaneforums does not have this ability because of the way the search is setup. For example, if I type something in the search column it shows "http://www.nsaneforums.com/search/" I can't get a specific search entry created and integrated beautifully for Listary or Chrome or whatever you use. For example, IMDB is integrated perfectly because it allows the user to configure the query entry. For example: http://www.imdb.com/find?s=all&q={query} {query} is replaced with listary with whatever keyword entry you place. I would type nf Paragon and it would search nsaneforums for Paragon without having to navigate to site and do search manually (nf = nsaneforums) Oh please o please o please o pleaaaaaaaaaaaaasee if there any way of making this change happen or even a way to do it now? Sandman
There is another way to do it. It is by using google to search only within Nsane forums. It can be done by using the above mentioned method but with a different address which is: https://www.google.no/search?q=site:www.nsaneforums.com+%s&ie=UTF-8 This method is faster and there is no delay between search requests. When it comes to results, I think the searching is conducted in topic titles.
