Its all about your IP That has been banned by torrent tracker !

 

USE a vpn and try again !

somethings u can do is

change were u downloads go

change ips

run bittorrent as admin

or remove the tracker

seems best to change ips  i think  use hide all ip https://www.hideallip.com/ for some days and see if all works
