LeetPirate
I have a manual DNS. How DNS plays a role here? I can open other sites but not this one. My ISP may not allow me to use a global DNS serverYour ISP has no control over what DNS servers you can use. They provide you with their DNS as a requirement, since you are paying for the service, however you can use any DNS server you want. Trust me on this one, OpenDNS is must better than any single ISP DNS server cluster. OpenDNS is so powerful they block many bot attacks and other DNS related vulnerabilities. We are talking about a Google sized DNS cluster here, legendary reliability and the biggest cache of domain names in the world. Follow what shought said and go change your DNS servers, then you may be required to flush the cache by typing "ipconfig /flushdns" in a CMD console or run box. You could just reboot your computer if unfamiliar with command lines and stuff.

Administrator DKT27 Posted August 25, 2009 Administrator Share Posted August 25, 2009 It will delete all of my current connection settings? I think I will have to write my current settings. I know it is very easy but flushin settings would be a bit of problem.
shought
ipconfig /flushdns will affect none of your settings.
