Clear your DNS cache, 'Repair' your internet connection and check your hosts file.

If all else fails try using a proxy ;)

Common we know that nvidia is not down but even I cannot open it. MBAM IP protection already disabled. And while doin "ping nvidia.com" it takes a whole min and closes.

Maybe you both have ISP dns problems? Try changing your dns servers to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220.

He's talking about DNS, not Dynamic IP, those are different things ;)

Try using these in your configuration(network settings, advanced, manually configure your stuff).

I have a manual DNS. How DNS plays a role here? I can open other sites but not this one. My ISP may not allow me to use a global DNS server

what is MBAM?

MBAM = Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

BTW, my upload speed is low, so I can't upload it. Try with direct link, maybe it'll work:

http://es.download.nvidia.com/Windows/190.62/190.62_desktop_winxp_32bit_international_whql.exe

Cheers ;)
