Udo Kuoio
Good morning. Use for years MBAM, for now at version 2.2. (Win 8.1 x64, ESS and Crypto Prevent). For a couple of days a strange thing happens: the program starts, updates occur normally, but when I start scanning the program closes and the desktop becomes orange, forcing me to reset. There is no message of errors and even codes, no nothing. These are a log made a few minutes ago. Would someone know tell me what happens? Thank you. eurobyn
can you use ctrl alt delete and see what is running ? if ctrl alt delete comes up then the system is responding. then you can choose to stop some things and find out what is the problem. if it not work wtrl alt delete use after restart system management and look at the logfiles to find the problem. but if a screen get another color it could be a vga card driver problem. then try to do a clean install of youre graphics card. let me now how it gets further. Quote Ctrl + Alt + Delete does not work. Video card drivers work, the problem occurs only with MBAM and only when it comes to performing a scan. For the rest, the program works perfectly. Here is the log of the scan made with MBAM.CHECK. CheckResults.txt Ctrl + Alt + Delete does not work.
