Knightmare
Recently, MBAM popped up stating that it had found malware on my computer. I reviewed the file that it found and it turns out that it was not any threat to my system; however, I found it odd that the file wanted to run on its own and I didn't really need it, so I just quarantined it. MBAM asked me to reboot and when I did, three programs which normally run at startup had been disabled. I checked to see if they were supposed to run at startup and the registry entries/task scheduler creations were not present. The three programs that were turned off were Hostsman, Google Drive, and Tweaking.com Window AIO Repair tray icon. I'm using the latest version of MBAM--3.0.6--and I have the latest component version--1.0.75--which was supposed to correct an issue with protection not starting properly, but the ransomware protection failed to start after the reboot as well. This isn't really a huge issue, since I watch my OS like a hawk and can easily see what gets disabled. It's just an annoying discovery, plus I don't know what else MBAM may have turned off without my knowing. So far my OS is working, so if it did turn off something else, it hasn't affected my OS performance.
Kalju
Why do not you use exclusions list if the MBAM wants to ban something that is not dangerous and do you need it?
CrAKeN
I don't think that the application detected as malware has been the cause of disabling those three programs specifically. Maybe MBAM 3.x still having some bugs to be solved.

I do, but this item should not be running by itself, so I just let MBAM delete it. The point I was trying to make is that 3 programs became disabled from startup when MBAM rebooted my computer. I have rebooted many times before with no issue, so it seems like MBAM still has bugs.
