A.lemane
i have been away for about 5 months (in the desert & wild EXT...) so that would be enough to guess that i was offline for a long time (if there is anything that i should know about that did happens in the last 4/5 months about anything (News tech biology ...) well except for Donald trump stuff and The GTX 1080 ) anyway i would like to buy a 1000 $ Gaming PC and i thought it would be better if to ask for suggestion from the ones with the experience ^^

jabrwky
Think factory refurb on eBay and use key word ' - new' after your brand/specs requirements. I like Dell. Look for a tower with plenty of room for a larger GPU (upgrade it yourself), and clone the OS to a SSD, then use the oem HDD for userfiles, by changing the location of those files after partitioning it. fwiw
