anuraag
RoboForm is a Password Manager and Web Form Filler that completely automates password entering and form filling. It allows you to define your personal profile or "usual" responses to a web form. This information is then saved, and when you need to fill a form, just click "Fill Forms" button, and form is filled out. Works as an add-on to Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Chrome, Firefox or Netscape web browsers. Thanks to Siddharta for the update.Download
leader97
The Frontpage says: " Patch: (reported not working with 64-bit Firefox version and not at all with program 8 version) " Is it right to assume that there is no medicine for this? Probably because Roboform has a bit of a history for wanting more money for each major version update. I should maybe learn to trust more though I can't believe there isn't a catch somewhere...But it looks as if I can go from v.7 to v.8 at no cost for one device. KUROKO
To @leader97 It is my source. https://www.roboform.com/roboform-8-features V7 is still updating. I am planning to move to V8 when the update of V7 runs out. (At that time the V8 will also be stable)

I am planning to move to V8 when the update of V7 runs out. (At that time the V8 will also be stable) Having tried V.8 this week for the first time, IMHO you're on the right track. While its a major improvement to be able to use Roboform without having to get into patches and the like, this new version doesn't seem to work as cleanly or with the simplicity of V.7. One thing that I think was far preferable on 7 was the ability to individually lock specific passwords -- I really don't need to password protect the NY Times for access to my passcode, but definitely want it with anything related to banking, for example. This new 'global' password protect for all passcodes is kind of a pain in the neck, and I find myself having to type in a global password much more than should be necessary, and for sites that I really have very little concern about. Also, menus don't function with the simplicity they used to. If I'm going to a site where I have multiple passcodes, like gmail for example, it requires twice as many clicks and 2 separate drop down menus to get where you need to go -- before it all worked on one simple drop down that initiated when hovering your mouse pointer. V.7 also seemed to have a lot more in the way of user options for setup. Setup options seem to be significantly trimmed down in V.8. Last gripe, this new version seems to have trouble matching passcodes to sites, where there wasn't any difficulty before. For instance, V.7 had no problem with the several different twitter login pages that exist. V.8 can't seem to figure out what passcode is needed now for most of those login pages. Put a little differently, V.8 just doesn't seem as smart as Roboform used to be. So final verdict (for now, at least); if you don't mind a patched version of Roboform, or if you're a licensed user of V.7, I might hold off on V.8.
