I don't know about your antivirus, but it seems there a program (malware likely) that's trying to access that location. If you click on the "Details" dropdown what does it say?

Some things that come to mind that you could try:

- Execute AdwCleaner, it's a small utility that scans your system in search for some kinds of undesirable programs.

- Try running herdProtect, it's an on-demand scanner that tests scans your system against several engines online, if ESET didn't catch something other brands may be able to.

- Try Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, it could find some undesired stuff too.

Another thing to consider is that generally malware is digitally unsigned, if you use something like Process Hacker or Autoruns to check the processes running or starting automatically with Windows, pay attention to the ones that are unsigned.

Start cleaning up with the software you mentioned, or both restore the system to an earlier point. Neglect with the programs is enough.

Same here...this pop up is really disturbing

i think my pc has been infected by adware, I've been planning to re-install the OS because already scan with Malwarebytes and adwcleaner not find any threat

Here is what I did, scanned with three different softs

1. With  AdwCleaner  found some adwares and successfully deleted them.

2. With superantispyware found 142 adware cookies and successfully deleted them.

3. Atlast with eset found 8 viruses bcoz of my brother who have inserted the usb drive without scanning yesterday which I didn't know of.

But still got popups,, atlast I decided to remove chrome and reinstall it bcoz only after opening chrome I was getting popup.

I tried unsinstalling and deleted the remaining leftovers of chrome in C drive and reinstalling it and my problem gets solved.

Thanx to all of u 4 ur valuable comments.

This is Hotspot Shield Free VPN Proxy, chrome extension. Remove it and clean cache.

It is also available for Firefox, so You may have  it also there.

Having said that, I must request all the members to have more specific titles though, I remember us having a line in the Guideline against such titles without much specifics in it.
