It is not every time the best option to use different computers for normal using / internet, OK the Linux netbook is safer for internet using but sometime I am to lazy to change computer and that is why I made a complete clean new Windows installation. There is a normal user with limitation including internet access and a admin account without any Internet tools. My only problem is, that I get after booting and logon as admin this

and I can't find the point what is the reason that IE always opens some windows. Any idea how to disable that?

Where did you get installation ISO files from

Just the reminder you can download Original Windows 7 Via Microsoft server using the tool there -->

I don't know the root cause but you can easily disable startup items using "msconfig" tool.

I just hade an idea, I used after installing a updatepack (1,7 GB) from winfuture (can't download so much volume at home (UMTS WiFI with volume limit))

It is a original WIN7 direct from MS with a MAK Key for a hacker space (it was a MS present)

IE never start automatically my first impression there is modification eighter your ISO or activation.

Yes you can try to disable start up items above post but still weird.

You can also try to clean your system files:

Open cmd with elevated privileges, (run as admin), and enter:

sfc /scannow

Did you use any tool to activate MAK keys like activator etc...

Best to activate directly with leak MAK keys without any tool or DAZ Loader they both available in this forum..

Hmmm... I still think that the ISO is not clean, I installed on many PCs and never saw such an effect. Why it should ever automatically open IE browser??

Or maybe another hacked german router........... ;)

Your update pack is what's at fault

Must be scripts embeded in the update pack (looks like somebody included an post install of IE and other patchesthan the default.).

The WinFuture Update Pack is a compilation of the most important patches that Microsoft for Windows 7 has provided for download. These updates include gaps in the operating system that may be exploited or may adversely affect system stability.

With the update pack you have the possibility to download all patches at once and then have them installed automatically one after the other. For Windows 7, WinFuture offers a 32-bit and a 64-bit edition.

The full version includes all relevant patches that Microsoft has provided for download. The upgrade includes only the updates released by Microsoft on the last patch day. This version is ideal for systems that have the latest version of the WinFuture Update Pack installed.

If you got your ISO and SP1 updaters from Microsoft, it won't have that behavior...

UMTS WiFI with volume limit

Ahhhh, ok... That forces often first a start (weird) website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Better try that with a full & real internet line! :lmao:

So the OS & system is totally ok, only not really internet. And the IE has first no addons etc, so cannot display many full modern websites. Also not your forced start website of your provider (UMTS WiFi).

bottom line, the  WinFuture Update Pack  must have injected patches into the install...

How legit all these patches ? hmm ..

And again.......... There is nothing in the startup and nothing bad. He simply uses UMTS (maybe stick?) and the provider can force a startup website when Windows tries to connect internet!!! And most probably it cannot be displayed because for example no Flash yet or such...

So... Windows 7 and the system itself is clean!

WinFuture update pack is not an official product

By installing it, Togijak has compromised the "clean" install

The message shown in the screenshot means "You are not connected to any network"

Which also means ie is trying to download or complete something needed by the update pack

No clean install would have such behaviour as you mentioned above

(BTW. i used Windows 7 SP1 for years without any updates)

Same here...

The only time IE pops up on start up is after i install IE11 .. That's it

Correct.

If i were paranoid of security, I'd stay clear of unofficial update packs

the funny thing is that it is not the first time where I used this update packs and it is the first time with this problem.

and it is normal for me that I am not connected to any network at Windows startup.

it´s so easy to sneak malware in those install packages

with delayed malware start up you might be seeing this behavior as there are new conditions now, like it's 2017, so it's triggered differently now

and the result of all is that I will do another clean installation without the update pack (it looks like that this update pack is the reason for the manipulation of the admin privileges I found (and no I did'n it myself)). I will look to MDL if there is an update pack of all the ms updates after SP1 that I can download at once (in internet cafe). I am unable to do a big update at home with a volume limit of 300 MB per day

Still -- tenacious Togijak!  Have a great install!

(and my comment about your tenaciousness was a "huge" compliment;  how many people will go deep and complete the mission as you have done?)
