Beware using of such dangerous malware. It's definitely not malware - no driver update software is. I've been a registered user for two months and it is clean, and works quite well. However the publisher is not particularly trustworthy in my opinion.

To my knowledge, no driver update software has ever containted malware. The issues you describe, indicate that is a very buggy program (although it works fine for me), rather than being malicious.
