Drupal 7 and 8 Themes

A friend of my ask help about drupal theme for his website.

He need a multi-purpose drupal 7, 8 premium theme for his website

but he can't decide which one to choose, because there are lots of available

in paid and nulled (warez) version.

 

Why choose Multi-purpose?
