Thank you for providing information about licenses,but the license KISCN1712.07.2019 after the application of different tricks works the second day without any problems.

This license I have used for nearly six months,until he put kis2017_20200609 which quickly blocked,returned to the old license and it works!!!

1 install antivirus
2 disable self-defense
3 disable the protection
4 disable antivirus
5 used lock kis17
6 applicable reg 1.2.3
7 write in hosts addresses
8 install the license using Kaspersky_Reset_Trial_5.1.0.39
9 run antivirus
10 try a couple of times to update the database it will produce an error
11 remove addresses from the hosts, those that are prescribed
12 and now should work
