Tag&Rename 3.9.9 - setup + generic patches 3.8.x - 3.9.x + patches via dll only v3.9.16.141 (v2 also to have generic dll (partially fix it for v3.9.9)).

It seems everything is described in ReadMe? Therein that the old generic dll working with many versions (3.8.0 - 3.9.8), now has stopped working. I had to make a new generic dll for v3.9.9, but it is not the final version of dll, later, probably I will remade it.

Fully fixed generic dll, tested/works with versions 3.8.0, 3.9.1 and 3.9.9.

1. Do you copy "msimg32.dll" into the "Tag&Rename" installation folder?

2. And, if so, R U done?

In ReadMe seems to be everything is clear:

Another type of medicine - msimg32.dll (patch via dll). Put the dll near with non-patched TagRename.exe ... Each dll corresponds to the file patch, next to which is.

That is, msimg32.dll is used instead patch TagRename.exe, but does the same thing without touching TagRename.exe file.
