Online updating ESET 9.0 or 10.0 products from trial server is not supported anymore.

because the file "update.ver" (or maybe others!) on the server is only for ESET 8.0 and older products and not compatible with new v9 or v10 products.

Then we cannot update v9 or v10 from trial server. (Until ESET makes it possible too) 

 

IF you set trial sever for ESET 9/10 products, the last update number that receive from server is 13694 (2016-06-23) and other updates will not receive by AV!

 

BUT: you can download OFFLINE updates file for v9 or v10 from this link: http://yourl.ir/iransetup

and change update server to folder. then ESET 9/10 can be offline update.

You can change update server via my toolbox: ESET Update Server Toolbox

 

ATTENTION: DO NOT USE the internal activator for online updating. (Not work.  will Just active ESET and remove banners)

I have updated virus definitions of v10 online whose size is around 15mb

but when I m downloading offline updates file from ur given link its size is 161.47mb

I know. but for now the only NUP updates files I found work and can update ESET 9/10 is from given link (IranSetup.com)

Other sites provide updates files that not compatible for v9 v10 like this site:

Offline updates that you can download from the official site ESET and which spread on the Internet are designed for older versions of the ESET products and do not contain all the necessary modules for modern versions.

I used to download from scanwith.com for v8 earlier

Don't know about for v10 now
