Thank you mate I did as exactly as described above... it changed my license expiration to 2019 ad said last update was 17 days ago... My real last update was yesterday and when I tried to manually update after doing the above installation I still receive the prompt Update failed Purchase a License. I don't think the problem is with VMWare because it's not running prior to the crash. I have EMSISOFT Anti-Malware installed, and it's been working nicely with ESET 8 and 9. How proceed to disable the trial notification.? The license will be expired (in about 2 weeks) and I didn't find one settings to disable it (the warning).
