Realtek HD audio driver conflict

I have a lenovo yoga 300 notebook running Windows 10 x64. Today I have updated the Realtek HD audio driver from lenovo. It's the latest driver 2.79.

The problem: after installing the driver and restarting the laptop, while dragging the mouse/touchpad around, the pointer keeps on frezzing for a fraction of a second in between. I have checked the Task manager for suspicious CPU/RAM uses. But everything is normal there. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver too.

I tried downloading the the driver direct from Realtek too. But this also brings the same conflict.

Any ideas fellas?

Looks like the Realtek HD Audio Manager was making the conflict. I removed that from startup and all's well for now.

Thanks @steven36 for your response.
