rudrax
I have a lenovo yoga 300 notebook running Windows 10 x64. Today I have updated the Realtek HD audio driver from lenovo. It's the latest driver 2.79. The problem: after installing the driver and restarting the laptop, while dragging the mouse/touchpad around, the pointer keeps on frezzing for a fraction of a second in between. I have checked the Task manager for suspicious CPU/RAM uses. But everything is normal there. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver too. I tried downloading the the driver direct from Realtek too. But this also brings the same conflict. Any ideas fellas?

rudrax
Looks like the Realtek HD Audio Manager was making the conflict. I removed that from startup and all's well for now. Thanks @steven36 for your response.
