Karamjit
Hello members........... I have a legitimate question. i recently bought a mobile phone running android 5.1. i then bought Kaspersky Android security licence (one year). recently i installed adguard 2.7 premium version. adguard inbuilt VPN facility is running by default. the question is...if i install Kaspersky with licence....will Kaspersky Block my licence if they find out the licence is not for the country where phone is running. i asked this question because a couple of years some people got 3 years licence (for computer) using USA proxy. when they switched off their VPN, the licence got blocked. vissha
No, VPN is a feature mostly used all over the world and AV vendors know about it. Also, some AV vendors provide proxy too like Bitdefender. Hence, Kaspersky or any other AV won't block your license. You can use Adguard/any VPN with peace. If you are still not satisfied, many of my friends use VPN / Adguard too in smartphones without issues. Don't worry about AV license issues on VPN. FYI/Note: Even if the AV license is region specific, only during the installation + activation, your country location matters. Once activated, AV won't block you for change in location. However, if you are re-installing AV completely or moving the license to another device, you'll need to stay on the specific country/location.
