The measure based on my daily used of firefox.

Before they change using vs-2015 (49.x version and up), I'm using their ESR build.

And their handling on new script, html 5 is not so good.

Of course chrome had much better performance if user didn't really care about how much memory their going to use.

 

But with current vs-2015 firefox without their internal features, their performance is much better rather than the old firefox, STiLL using average amount memory.

Compare that to chrome.

Time will prove that firefox will change into better one, leave the old firefox far far behind.
