How to use cFosSpeed ?

I am new user of cFosSpeed . But i dont know how to use it . I have searched a lot but i have not got  any satisfied or understandable review .

I am here to ask for a full review for beginners like me for this program .

Hello loyal, attention cfosspeed bluid 10.14 not work to Windows 10 bluid 1607, the driver will not install, I try several recovery and failure every time even in admin mode.
