AlienForce1
You should try MobileGo (the Windows version) from http://mobilego.wondershare.com/ , download : http://download.wondershare.com/mobilego_full818.exe - you will get a 5 days full version trial , enough to root your phone ... - the good part is that (after succesfull root ) it installs SuperSU , not KingUser or SuperUser . NaJeEb303
Which Android OS version you have ? If you have 5.1.1 Lollipop, you can root with CF-Auto-Root, its the most popular and best root method for samsung devices : Download CF-Auto-Root for SM-J700F 5.1.1 HERE :-) NJ

Hard to recover from that from what I red. I choose Nand Erase All most of the times And i always recover my phone using odin

Do you need also pit files, or the firmware is sufficient if you do that? Thanks. Well, it depends on the device . , as i flash many phones, i've come across different experiences, in some cases the firmware is sufficient, in some cases, pit is needed, in some cases even the pit does not suffice, in that case (which are rare btw) the device is recovered with '4 files Firmware' , that is; PDA, Bootloader, Phone and CSC, separately, and if PIT is used with it then its even better IMO !
