I unblock them when a site needs them (which thankfully isn't often) along with uBlock and Click&Clean. - Adguard - Hosts file - Sandboxie - Kaspersky VRT - O&O ShutUP10 - PeerBlock - Windows Firewall Control - Windows Privacy Tweaker And to compliment the system - a stripped down Windows 10, (Pro/x64/5GB installation) registry tweaks and ran as Administrator. If I were you I'd uninstall MBAM or MSE instead of merely disabling real-time protection — would personally uninstall MBAM completely due to it's wide & heavy footprint (MSE seems to be doing pretty well recently.)
